Harvard Capital Projects (HCP) is an internal resource for the Harvard community providing the highest quality project management services. Working collaboratively with Schools and Departments, the HCP team provides project management services for large and small projects involving new construction or renovation and ensures its clients receive the highest value services. We have extensive experience in assisting Harvard stakeholders with program prioritization to optimize their investment impact and ensure successful outcomes for all types of real estate assets. HCP manages risks associated with the construction process so that programs, students, faculty, and staff can remain your priorities.

We serve as trusted advisors through the University Capital Projects Approval process as well as serve as a single point of contact, aligned with University stakeholders: Energy & Facilities, Green Building Services, Environmental Health & Safety, Transportation Services, and Office of General Counsel. In addition to University stakeholders, HCP has experience with community stakeholders in both Cambridge and Boston and provides project leadership through the required approvals, permitting, and neighborhood processes.
